Part 4, the; mayor of San Juan, P.R. addresses a meeting of mayors from Western Hemisphere cities. The mayors attend a baseball game in Puerto Rico. Part 5, skis equipped with wheels are used at Big Bear, Calif. A small electric submarine is used by divers.
